Tips
Brass:
It is an alloy of copper and zinc (about 60% copper, about 40% zinc); The intensity is high, and the heat dissipation effect is related to the area (belongs to passive area heat dissipation).
Thermal conductivity: brass 92.1W/mk, pure copper 376.8W/mk
Aluminium :
It is a good conductor of heat, and its thermal conductivity is 3 times greater than that of iron; Its surface is not susceptible to corrosion (passive conduction/area heat dissipation) due to its dense oxide protective film.
Thermal conductivity: aluminum alloy 121-151W/mk, pure aluminum 217.7W/mk
Heat pipe:
heat pipe (pure copper) is a heat transfer element with high thermal conductivity. It transfers heat through the evaporation and condensation of working fluid in the fully closed vacuum tube shell. It has a series of advantages, such as high thermal conductivity, good isotherm, arbitrary change of heat transfer area on both sides of the cold and hot sides, remote heat transfer, temperature control, and so on.
